Two Companies Bring Together Complementary Products to Provide Broadcasters with Best-in-Class Quality Control Signal Monitoring Solution

Newark, CA, August 31, 2012 — Digital Nirvana and Venera Technologies — leaders in quality of service (QoS) and quality of experience (QoE) signal monitoring — have formed a technology partnership. By virtue of this agreement, Digital Nirvana will leverage Venera’s test and measurement components within Digital Nirvana’s flagship MonitorIQ broadcast monitoring solution. “Our intent with this partnership is to produce products with unprecedented capabilities to monitor and analyze digital video and audio signal integrity,” said Ned Chini, vice president of sales and marketing, Digital Nirvana.

The product will be shown at the company’s booth at the IBC2012 Convention: Hall 10, Booth A12 at the RAI Exhibition and Congress Centre in Amsterdam. Digital Nirvana also markets other key products including: the MediaPro IQ System for fast content repurposing, and the ManyView IQ System for affordable video distribution using IP multicasting.

Venera Technologies will also show its flagship product, the Pulsar File-based Automated Content Verifier System, at its IBC2012 booth #7.J42.
